Reimbursing Employees Through ADP Payroll
Most Salusion clients choose to have reimbursements handled automatically through ACH for convenience and accuracy.
However, if you decide to process reimbursements through ADP, you can choose to receive reimbursement reports from Salusion either once monthly on the 1st or twice monthly on the 1st and 16th. Each report can be manually uploaded to your ADP payroll system.
Employees receive their reimbursements after you process them through ADP, based on your payroll schedule.
ICHRA Tax Reporting
For ICHRAs, employers are required to generate Form 1094-B and 1095-B.
Salusion sends an annual reminder with clear directions and all the necessary ICHRA-specific data that we do track, making annual ACA compliance straightforward.
