Reimbursing Employees Through Gusto Payroll
Most Salusion clients choose to have reimbursements handled automatically through ACH for convenience and accuracy.
However, if you decide to process reimbursements through Gusto, Salusion will provide you with a monthly report detailing reimbursement expenses. This report can be manually uploaded to your Gusto payroll system.
Employees receive their reimbursements after the pay cycle, but no faster than once per month.
QSEHRA Tax Reporting
For QSEHRAs, payroll updates are required. Employers must report the total amount made available to employees in Box 12, Code FF of each employee’s W-2.
Salusion provides an annual report with these figures each December, making year-end reporting simple and compliant.
