Reimbursing Employees Through ADP Payroll
Most Salusion clients choose to have reimbursements handled automatically through ACH for convenience and accuracy.
However, if you decide to process reimbursements through ADP, Salusion will provide you with a monthly report detailing reimbursement expenses. This report can be manually uploaded to your ADP payroll system.
Employees receive their reimbursements after the pay cycle, but no faster than once per month.
ICHRA Tax Reporting
For ICHRAs, employers are required to generate Form 1094-B and 1095-B.
